01Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the j1999 website accessible at j1999.org and all associated services, games, and features operated by j1999.
• "Account" means the individual registered member account created by a User on j1999 for the purpose of accessing and using the Platform's services.
• "User" or "Player" means any natural person who has registered an Account on j1999 or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance maintained within a User's j1999 Account, from which deposits are debited and winnings are credited.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts granted by j1999 to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole operating currency of the j1999 Platform for Pakistani users.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity defined as a violation of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and multi-accounting as detailed in Section 8.

02Eligibility

To register and use j1999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. j1999 strictly prohibits access by minors and reserves the right to verify your age at any point using documentation including CNIC or passport.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on j1999 or on any third-party responsible gaming register applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online casino gaming and sports betting in your jurisdiction. It is solely your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. j1999 does not accept registrations using false identities or third-party personal details.
• You must not currently hold another active or suspended j1999 Account. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, or device is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a j1999 employee or affiliated company where such participation would represent a conflict of interest.

03Account Registration

To access j1999's gaming and betting services, you are required to complete the registration process by providing a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique password, and confirming your acceptance of these Terms. By completing registration, you acknowledge that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are obligated to notify j1999 of any changes to your registered details promptly.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. j1999 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• j1999 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to requests for CNIC copy, proof of address, or source of funds documentation.
• j1999 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where j1999 suspects fraud, policy violation, or where regulatory compliance requires it.

Accounts that have not been verified within the timeframe specified by j1999 at the time of the verification request may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

04Deposits & Payment Methods

j1999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) from Pakistani users via the following supported payment channels:

j1999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. j1999 reserves the right to reverse deposits received from unverified or mismatched sources. Deposit limits may be applied at j1999's discretion or at a User's request for responsible gaming purposes.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your j1999 Wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the Account's most recent verified deposit, unless approved otherwise by j1999's payments team following a review.
• A minimum withdrawal amount may apply as published in j1999's current payments policy. Users are advised to check the cashier section of their Account for the current applicable minimums.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds held within the Account at the time of the request.
• j1999 processes most withdrawal requests within one business hour for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and same business day for bank transfers. During high-volume periods or where additional verification is required, processing times may extend.
• j1999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests where anti-money laundering obligations or fraud prevention protocols require such review.

06Bonuses & Promotions

j1999 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all j1999 bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier and qualifying game contributions will be stated in the specific promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money funds. Real Money balances are wagered first, followed by Bonus Funds, unless j1999's platform logic specifies an alternative order for a particular promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between j1999 accounts or exchanged directly for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• j1999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus and commenced wagering will not have that bonus retrospectively withdrawn mid-completion unless fraud is suspected.
• j1999 may impose a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from Bonus Funds as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through collusion, the use of low-risk betting strategies across multiple outcomes, or any form of bonus abuse may result in Bonus Funds being voided and the Account suspended.

07Wagering Rules

The following general wagering rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on j1999. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the respective sections of the j1999 Platform and supplement (but do not replace) these general provisions:

• All bets and wagers placed on j1999 are final once confirmed. j1999 does not accept requests to void or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a system error, hardware failure, or software malfunction during a game or bet, j1999 will attempt to restore the session to the last confirmed state. Unresolvable outcomes may result in the wager being voided and the stake refunded to the User's Wallet.
• j1999 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it reasonably suspects that the odds or game outcome were influenced by manifest error, technical fault, or information unavailable to j1999 at the time the bet was accepted.
• Sportsbook bets on cricket, PSL, and other markets are settled in accordance with the official result of the governing body of the respective sport or competition. Void bets are treated as non-runners and the stake is returned.

j1999 takes reasonable technical measures to ensure game integrity across its live casino, RNG, and sportsbook products. All RNG titles used on j1999 are independently certified by recognised gaming testing laboratories for fairness and randomness.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j1999. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on j1999 (multi-accounting), regardless of the device, mobile number, or identity used for subsequent registrations.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripted systems to place bets, access games, or interact with the j1999 Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share information across live casino tables, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, platform errors, or pricing mistakes ("arbing") in a manner that systematically removes risk from wagers through coordinated exploitation rather than normal recreational play.
• Using another person's payment method, banking credentials, or mobile wallet to deposit funds into a j1999 Account without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using j1999 as a vehicle for moving funds of illicit origin through the Platform.
• Making false or fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for deposits that were genuinely made and used on j1999.
• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or if you are a self-excluded player who has applied for account exclusion on j1999 or through a third-party exclusion programme.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the j1999 Platform — including but not limited to the j1999 brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, databases, trademarks, and any other proprietary material — is the exclusive intellectual property of j1999 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the j1999 Platform for lawful recreational gambling purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from any content on j1999 without the prior written consent of j1999. Unauthorised use of j1999 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10Privacy & Data Protection

j1999's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the j1999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on j1999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

j1999 processes personal data including your name, mobile number, address, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. j1999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11Responsible Gaming

j1999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. j1999 offers the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your j1999 Wallet.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period before your account restricts further wagering automatically.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each j1999 gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable regular on-screen notifications reminding you of the duration and financial scope of your current session.
• Self-Exclusion (Temporary): Suspend your j1999 Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. The exclusion cannot be reversed once activated.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Close your j1999 Account permanently with no re-registration permitted. This option is irrevocable and takes effect immediately.

j1999 strongly encourages any Player who feels their gambling may be causing harm — financial, emotional, or to their relationships — to make use of these tools immediately and to visit our dedicated Responsible Gaming page for further guidance and support resources.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j1999, its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the j1999 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server outage, or internet connectivity failure on the part of the User or the User's internet service provider.
• Financial loss arising from the User's failure to comply with these Terms, including unauthorised use of the Account by a third party due to inadequate credential security.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Any loss arising from the User's decision to gamble beyond their financial means, including losses that exceed voluntarily set responsible gaming limits prior to the limits taking effect.

j1999's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of the User's Wallet balance at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits j1999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by j1999's negligence.

13Account Termination & Suspension

j1999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe specified by j1999.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in violation of applicable law.
• Request by the Account holder themselves, including voluntary self-exclusion as described in Section 11.
• j1999's decision to cease offering services to Users in a particular jurisdiction or market segment.

Upon Account termination for breach, any Bonus Funds held in the Account will be forfeited. Verified Real Money balances remaining in the Account at the time of termination will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method, subject to anti-money laundering checks, within a reasonable timeframe.

14Amendments to These Terms

j1999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, j1999 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Users via a notice on the j1999 Platform, an in-Account notification, or communication to your registered contact details.

Your continued use of the j1999 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure. j1999 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of j1999's international gaming license authority.

In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, bet outcome, or Account matter, Users are requested to first raise the issue with j1999's customer support team, which is available 24/7. j1999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 30 calendar days of receipt of the written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through j1999's internal complaints procedure within the stated timeframe, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified by j1999's gaming license authority. j1999's decision on all matters relating to the Platform's game outcomes, technical results, and policy interpretation is final, subject to the dispute escalation process above.
